İncesu Ayşe and Saffet ARSLAN Vocational School of Health Services was established within Kayseri University with the Higher Education Law No. 7141 published in the Official Gazette dated 18.05.2018 and numbered 30425.

There are First and Emergency Aid Programme, Dialysis Programme and Orthopedic Prosthetics and Orthotics Programme under the Department of Medical Services and Techniques opened within İncesu Ayşe and Saffet ARSLAN Vocational School of Health Services.

First and Emergency Aid Programme and Dialysis Programme started education by accepting their first students as of 2019-2020 academic year. Studies are continuing for the admission of students to the Orthopedic Prosthetics and Orthotics Programme.
