İncesu Ayşe and Saffet ARSLAN Vocational School of Health Services was established within Kayseri University with the Higher Education Law No. 7141 published in the Official Gazette dated 18.05.2018 and numbered 30425.

There are Disabled Care and Rehabilitation Programme and Physiotherapy Programme under the Department of Therapy and Rehabilitation opened within İncesu Ayşe and Saffet ARSLAN Vocational School of Health Services.

Studies are ongoing for the admission of students to the Disabled Care and Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Programmes.
